Facebook Twitter Pinterest WhatsApp Email22 Jump Street is belly-aching, mickey-taking, cinema-shaking summer comedy at its very best. Phil Lord and Chris Miller’s follow up to their 2012 reboot does not shy away from its bigger sequel status. This movie, oiled with even more meta-humour, jabs with a warm bromance from the left and hooks with a corking, furious turn from Ice Cube from the right. As the end credits splash across the screen (do wait around for those) the market value of those condominiums sitting in 23 Jump Street (along with Lord and Miller’s Hollywood cred) could not be higher. 22 Jump Street is not only the most hilarious film of this year. It’s the best comedy since 21 Jump Street. RATING: 4/5 INFORMATION CAST: Jonah Hill, Channing Tatum, Peter Stormare, Ice Cube DIRECTORS: Phil Lord and Christopher Miller WRITERS: Michael Bacall and Oren Uziel SYNOPSIS: After making their way through high school (twice), big changes are in store for officers Schmidt and Jenko when they go deep undercover at a local college. 22 Jump Street – Review was last modified: July 14th, 2015 by Christopher Preston Facebook Twitter Pinterest WhatsApp Email
